Channel Partners, Brokers, and Agents must ensure that all advertising and marketing materials, including websites, newspapers, pamphlets, brochures, and hoardings, comply with these guidelines. In case of failure to comply with the circulars of MahaRERA and provisions of RERA and Rules and Regulations made therein, Channel Partners, Brokers, and Agents would be solely responsible for the same and Channel Partners, Brokers, and Agents will indemnify the promoter from such acts.
